Two (new to the Archive) characters trying to figure out if they should break the law or not.

If the show is rebroadcast in its entirety, is it as if we traveled in time or had the slowest cable ever?

Does anyone want to give them some advise?

Yeah, try looking up "tape trading" and see if you can find some of the legalities. You can trade the physical tape, but not traffic in the stuff recorded on it. This site does its due diligence about removing copyrighted stuff, so try not to knowingly upload stuff they have to delete.

Weird question, as there is already a trove of VHS encodes here that are almost certainly not all in the public domain. Most are streaming only, but you can grab them with the Download Helper plugin for Firefox and many other methods. See the tapes here:
